Why Subtext Exists

I've spent years working closely with Data Scientists, Machine Learning Engineers, and Product Managers and in that time I've seen countless product teams struggle with the same fundamental problem: they're building AI products without truly understanding what their users are asking for.

Traditional analytics tell you how many conversations happened, but they don't tell you why users are frustrated, what they're really trying to accomplish, or where your AI is falling short. Product teams are flying blind, making decisions based on gut feelings rather than data.
